Managing physical logistics and daily operations for onsite interviews makes up the core of this role, requiring a professional presence in either the San Francisco or Mountain View office five days a week. Databricks needs an administrative professional to coordinate schedules, handle room changes, and greet visitors to ensure seamless interview days for candidates and hiring teams alike.
Working closely with recruiters, sourcers, and internal stakeholders, the person in this position serves as the primary onsite contact for visiting candidates. Success in this six-month contract requires strong attention to detail, real-time problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate fast-paced scheduling demands while maintaining clear communication.
What you will do
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for candidates visiting the office, providing timely and professional communication.
- Manage physical logistics and maintain an active daily presence to oversee candidate greetings and room changes.
- Coordinate time-sensitive interviews and prioritize high-touch scheduling needs.
- Build relationships with the talent acquisition team, cross-functional partners, and hiring stakeholders.
- Contribute to data-driven improvements and ad hoc projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes.
- Perform live troubleshooting for unexpected in-person logistics and ambiguous challenges on the fly.
