Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the financial performance, targets, business strategy, and overall results.
Determine customer needs, discover commercial opportunities, and choose which features and products to create.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product groups to create and release offerings.
Recruit strong professionals, establish clear objectives, and oversee team performance.
Increase user acquisition, user engagement, revenue, and profitability.
Establish operational setups and partnerships needed to scale the enterprise.
Execute tasks directly, resolve challenges, and manage the entire lifecycle from concept to outcomes.

Requirements

Proven history of scaling, launching, or building a business, product, or distinct business unit.
Background in managing financial statements, revenue, growth, or measurable commercial metrics.
Strong commercial and product judgment.
Capacity to collaborate across commercial, operations, engineering, and product domains.
History of recruiting and guiding capable teams.
Practical orientation that bridges broad strategy with granular execution.
High sense of ownership, quick pace, and capability to function in unstructured settings.
