Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of the P&L, business strategy, performance metrics, and targets.
Discover market opportunities and define product features for development.
Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and product departments to release new offerings.
Recruit talent, establish clear performance targets, and direct team development.
Expand user acquisition, engagement levels, profitability, and revenue streams.
Establish operational processes and partnerships necessary for scaling.
Resolve operational challenges rapidly and manage end-to-end execution.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of launching, constructing, or scaling business units, products, or companies.
Past accountability for revenue generation, P&L management, or measurable commercial outcomes.
Demonstrated commercial and product decision-making abilities.
Capacity to coordinate across commercial, operations, engineering, and product teams.
Background in recruiting and directing high-performing teams.
Willingness to engage directly in both high-level strategy and granular execution.
Comfort working independently within unstructured environments.
