Business Systems Analyst, Sales AI & Automation
About this role
Designing automations and agentic workflows takes center stage as this team builds systems to help sales teams move faster and convert more efficiently. Operating within the Revenue Operations department at Checkr, this professional builds production-ready solutions by turning business friction points into technical implementations using best-of-breed AI technology. Day-to-day tasks involve shipping agentic support for pipeline generation, running structured experiments across go-to-market tooling, partnering with corporate engineering on scalable architectures, and advising citizen builders across the organization.
This role exists to bridge the gap between commercial context and automated execution while maintaining strict guardrails around cost, performance, and compliance. Someone who thrives here possesses a strong commercial bias, viewing every workflow through the lens of revenue outcomes rather than technical novelty. The ideal candidate pairs hands-on build skills with deep go-to-market domain knowledge, operating with high agency and curiosity to solve complex operational puzzles.

- Act as a trusted advisor to internal citizen builders, maturing grassroots solutions into governed, production-ready capabilities.
- Implement guardrails around cost, performance, and data handling to ensure workflows deliver ongoing value without compliance risks.
- Serve as a primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders by translating ambiguous requirements into concrete technical deliverables.
