Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a full-time Business Development, Strategic Initiatives professional for a position located in Tel Aviv, Israel. This role suits an individual with a strong technical background and commercial expertise who wants to connect top AI labs with internal product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and successfully close massive multi-year compute and managed inference deals with top AI developers.
Translate technical requirements from major clients into actionable directives for product and engineering leadership.
Collaborate with data center infrastructure and energy teams to align customer model architectures with site planning.
Shape the go-to-market strategies for offerings like managed inference, managed Kubernetes, and bare metal clusters.
Act as a technical authority and lead negotiator when dealing with internal and external C-suite executives.
Spot and mitigate potential bottlenecks regarding the silicon supply chain or power allocation before they affect customer delivery.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or product management within the tech sector.
Demonstrated ability to structure and close large-scale cloud consumption deals exceeding $100M in Total Contract Value.
Deep practical knowledge of distributed computing frameworks, AI workloads, high-performance networking, and storage architectures.
Background working at a leading AI startup, major hyperscaler, or top-tier cloud infrastructure provider.
Clear communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts as strategic business value.
A completed Bachelor's degree.

Nice to Have

An MBA or advanced degree to support strategic and financial requirements.
Professional background at a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm.
Specialized knowledge of utility operations, power systems, or energy-driven infrastructure.
8 or more years of experience navigating the intersection of energy markets, software, and hardware.
Existing professional network and deep relationships within the Tier 1 AI lab ecosystem.
