ImagineArt is seeking an Associate Product Manager for an on-site role in Islamabad to support the product team in executing strategy and driving data-informed decisions. Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager, the selected candidate will help execute the product roadmap, improve user experience, and drive growth initiatives. Working on-site at H12, NSTP, Islamabad, this role involves collaborating with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, manage requirements, and support product experiments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing the product roadmap and managing day-to-day product initiatives.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to support feature planning and delivery.
Help define, track, and report on product key performance indicators and success metrics.
Analyze user behavior and product performance using digital analytics platforms.
Support funnel analysis to identify drop-offs, optimization opportunities, and growth levers.
Assist in running A/B tests and experiments, covering setup, analysis, and documentation.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
Help maintain product documentation, product requirement documents, and release notes.
Prepare clear reports and insights for senior product leaders and stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
One to three years of experience in product management, business analysis, analytics, or a related role.
Strong interest in consumer technology, AI-powered products, or digital platforms.
Basic understanding of product metrics, funnels, user behavior, and experimentation concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in fluent English and strong attention to detail.
Growth mindset with eagerness to learn, experiment, and take ownership.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms.
Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product teams.
