Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and implementation of financing strategies involving debt facilities, equity investments, corporate credit lines, asset-backed securitizations, and private placements.
Serve as a core execution team member for new debt and equity issuances, managing due diligence, overseeing closing processes, and coordinating legal documentation.
Construct and stress-test sophisticated financial models to assess pricing, evaluate financing proposals, and measure the impact of varying capital structures.
Track global capital markets, interest rate trends, and competitor financing activities to guide internal strategy.
Build and nurture relationships with investment banks, institutional investors, credit rating agencies, and financial partners.
Design professional marketing collateral, including pitch books and investor presentations, to communicate financial objectives to external providers.
Support senior leadership during term sheet negotiations and structuring discussions.
Collaborate with treasury and finance teams to oversee capital flows and evaluate internal project requests using a return-focused allocation framework.
Review cash flow forecasts, track liquidity, and manage interest rate and foreign exchange risk exposures.
Produce research reports and summaries for the Board of Directors and executive leadership regarding market trends and precedent transactions.
