Role Overview

In this full-time position within the Solutions department, the Technical Lead drives the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of sophisticated AI solutions for enterprise clients. The professional guides strategic customers through the entire lifecycle from pre-sales to post-implementation while collaborating closely with research, product, and engineering teams. This position combines hands-on coding for critical project components with high-level technical leadership for project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Write critical lines of code, review work, and optimize AI solutions to de-risk complex projects as an individual contributor.
Lead project teams of Applied AI Engineers by providing mentorship, guidance, and best practices for deploying generative AI applications.
Lead pre-sales technical discussions to translate client needs into actionable architectures that highlight company advantages.
Design and oversee the implementation of advanced systems including fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom large language models.
Identify emerging industry trends, evaluate novel tools, and champion optimal methodologies for inference and deployment.
Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and software engineers to integrate customer feedback into product roadmaps.

Requirements

Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
Bring 8+ years of total experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Accumulate at least 2+ years working in a technical leadership capacity such as Tech Lead, Solutions Architect, or Engineering Manager focusing on enterprise AI.
Demonstrate a proven history of guiding teams through complex AI project deliveries from initial prototype to production.
Possess deep technical expertise in advanced retrieval-augmented generation, LLM fine-tuning, agentic systems, and NLP applications at scale.
Exhibit robust software engineering capabilities including system architecture, API design, and backend development.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse technical and executive audiences.

Nice to Have

Prior contributions to open-source initiatives within the artificial intelligence or large language model space.
Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Technical Product Manager or Solutions Architect focusing on enterprise adoption.
A documented track record of shaping product direction and technical strategy based on market demands.
