Role Overview

As an Applied AI Engineer specializing in cybersecurity, the primary mission is to transform prototype agents into deployed services that enterprise clients actively use. This position bridges the gap between foundational cyber harnesses and customer-facing deployments. Working within the Solutions department in Paris, the professional in this role will compose red-team and blue-team agentic workflows, configure harnesses for cloud defense and penetration testing, and solve complex security problems directly for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design and construct red-team and blue-team agentic workflows for active production environments.
Configure security harnesses tailored for cloud defense, vulnerability scanning, and dynamic red-teaming.
Translate intricate security requirements from clients into functional, agentic solutions.
Design and implement context engineering strategies to help agents operate efficiently in security domains.
Orchestrate multi-agent systems for sophisticated security operations.
Collaborate closely with internal pentesters to guarantee domain accuracy and partner with engineering teams to align platform capabilities with use-case requirements.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as an applied AI engineer with practical skills in building agents, LLM orchestration, context engineering, evaluations, and RAG systems.
A strong bias toward action, rapid shipping, and continuous iteration based on performance.
Ability to work independently with a customer-focused mindset and effectively leverage internal building blocks.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

Practical cybersecurity or penetration testing knowledge.
Background in developing agentic harnesses or multi-agent systems from end to end.
Experience in evaluating and benchmarking agentic systems.
Familiarity with security tools and standard security workflows.
Prior professional experience deploying production AI systems within regulated or high-stakes environments.
