Role Overview

In this Paris-based position within the Solutions department, the selected candidate makes the organization AI-native from the inside. Bridging the gap between product, engineering, and business operations, the engineer designs and delivers robust systems across multiple functional areas like engineering, finance, and human resources. This involves guiding technical decisions, building applications from end to end, and ensuring high return on investment through trusted enterprise tooling.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct discovery sessions with department heads to map out workflows and establish a prioritized backlog of high-value use cases.
Design and ship full-stack applications and AI systems from initial scoping through to deployment and user adoption.
Integrate business rules, metrics, and key performance indicators directly into data assets and application logic.
Act as an early internal user of newest products, providing valuable feedback to help shape future roadmap development.
Maintain scalable, secure, and observable system architecture with a focus on clean, high-quality code.
Identify recurring operational patterns and transform custom fixes into reusable enterprise building blocks.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade artificial intelligence software.
Proficiency in full-stack engineering, including Python, TypeScript, scalable backends, and React for frontend delivery.
Practical familiarity with modern generative AI use cases such as retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and custom workflows.
Strong sense of ownership, high delivery velocity, and a commitment to maintaining architectural standards.
Fluent English communication skills capable of bridging technical concepts across diverse business teams.
Familiarity with standard AI-native collaboration tools.

Nice to Have

Prior exposure to domains like legal, public affairs, marketing, or infrastructure.
Background in data engineering or analytics, including warehouse modeling and dbt.
History of contributions to open-source projects centered around large language models.
Strong builder mindset focused on internal tooling and scalable platform reuse.
