Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Construct AI-driven assistants, workflows, agents, and automation architectures.
Integrate artificial intelligence across CRM, customer support, onboarding, operations, payments, claims, and renewals.
Partner with engineering and product units to transform manual tasks into scalable AI systems.
Develop connections linking large language models with internal data, APIs, documentation, knowledge repositories, and business platforms.
Establish evaluation, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms to ensure safe and reliable outputs.
Rapidly prototype, validate with users or operators, and productionize effective solutions.
Enhance speed, consistency, and quality across various operational workflows using artificial intelligence.

Requirements

Solid software engineering foundation with preference for Python and backend development.
Practical background building workflow automation, AI tools, LLM APIs, agents, and retrieval-augmented generation.
Capability to link artificial intelligence mechanisms directly to operational, product, and data workflows.
Sound judgment regarding the appropriate application of AI versus rule-based logic or human review.
Knowledge of latency, accuracy, cost, evaluation, privacy, and failure modes.
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and ship functional systems.
Strong English communication skills.
Must be based in Ireland.
