Applied AI Engineer - AI Finance Agent is an operational building position located in India. The role suits developers who want to apply artificial intelligence to automate practical workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve digital financial products.

Key Responsibilities

Construct artificial intelligence powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
Implement artificial intelligence across customer support, customer relationship management, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform manual procedures into scalable artificial intelligence native architectures.
Establish integrations connecting large language models with internal data, application programming interfaces, documents, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
Formulate evaluation, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms to ensure artificial intelligence outputs remain useful, safe, and dependable.
Prototype rapidly, evaluate with users or operators, and productionize effective solutions.
Optimize speed, quality, and consistency across operational procedures.

Requirements

Possess a strong software engineering background, preferably featuring Python and backend systems.
Demonstrate practical experience developing with large language model application programming interfaces, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, or artificial intelligence tools.
Connect artificial intelligence systems directly to real product, data, and operational pipelines.
Exercise good judgment regarding the applicability of artificial intelligence versus rule-based systems or human review.
Understand evaluation parameters, accuracy metrics, latency constraints, cost factors, privacy standards, and failure modes.
Act as a fast builder capable of prototyping, testing, and shipping practical systems.
Communicate effectively in English across global teams.
Reside in India.
