Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Construct AI-driven workflows, assistants, agents, and automation architectures.
Implement artificial intelligence across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal platforms.
Collaborate with product and engineering units to transition manual procedures into scalable AI-native systems.
Establish integrations connecting large language models with internal data, application programming interfaces, documents, knowledge repositories, and enterprise systems.
Create evaluation, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms to ensure artificial intelligence outputs remain practical, secure, and dependable.
Rapidly prototype solutions, conduct testing with users or operators, and move successful concepts into production.
Enhance speed, quality, and consistency across business operations through targeted artificial intelligence applications.

Requirements

Solid foundation in software engineering, ideally utilizing Python and backend architectures.
Practical background in building with large language model application programming interfaces, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, or artificial intelligence utilities.
Capability to link artificial intelligence platforms with functional product, data, and operational pipelines.
Sound judgment regarding the appropriate application of artificial intelligence versus rule-based logic or human oversight.
Understanding of evaluation metrics, accuracy, latency, cost factors, privacy considerations, and failure scenarios.
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and ship functional systems.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating across global teams.
Current residency in the Philippines.

Nice to Have
