Role Overview

bjakcareer seeks an Applied AI Engineer to construct AI-native systems for its AI Finance Agent located in Thailand. The position centres on building practical automation to streamline operations rather than conducting purely theoretical research.

Key Responsibilities

Construct AI-driven workflows, assistants, agents, and automated systems.
Implement artificial intelligence across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
Collaborate with product and engineering units to transform manual procedures into scalable AI-native architectures.
Establish connections between LLMs, internal information, application programming interfaces, documents, knowledge repositories, and business platforms.
Formulate evaluation, oversight, and fallback mechanisms to maintain safe and reliable AI responses.
Develop rapid prototypes, evaluate them alongside users or operators, and deploy successful concepts to production.
Enhance speed, quality, and uniformity across tasks by applying technology where it delivers measurable business value.

Requirements

Possess a solid software engineering background, with a preference for Python and backend infrastructure.
Demonstrate practical background constructing solutions using LLM application programming interfaces, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow automation, or artificial intelligence utilities.
Capability to link intelligent systems with genuine product, data, and operational processes.
Exhibit sound judgment regarding appropriate use cases for artificial intelligence versus rule-based logic or human oversight.
Comprehend evaluation metrics, accuracy, latency, expenses, privacy protocols, and potential failure scenarios.
Function as a rapid developer capable of prototyping, testing, and releasing pragmatic systems.
Maintain strong English communication skills for collaborating across global teams.
Currently reside in Thailand.
