Key Responsibilities

Construct AI-powered automation systems, assistants, and workflows.
Implement artificial intelligence across customer support, payments, claims, CRM, onboarding, renewals, operations, and internal platforms.
Partner with engineering and product groups to convert manual processes into scalable AI solutions.
Integrate LLMs with internal data, business systems, knowledge bases, documents, and external APIs.
Establish evaluation, monitoring, and fallback procedures to guarantee safe, reliable, and useful AI performance.
Prototype rapidly, validate with operators or users, and deploy functional solutions to production.
Optimize speed, reliability, and quality across various business workflows.

Requirements

Solid software engineering background, with a preference for backend systems and Python.
Practical experience developing with agents, RAG, LLM APIs, and workflow automation tools.
Ability to connect artificial intelligence solutions with operational, data, and product workflows.
Sound judgment regarding the appropriate application of AI versus rule-based systems or human oversight.
Comprehension of accuracy, evaluation, latency, privacy, cost, and failure modes.
Rapid prototyping and delivery of practical production systems.
Fluent English communication skills.
Current residency in Vietnam.

Nice to Have
