Key Responsibilities

Construct AI-powered assistants, automated workflows, and agent systems.
Implement artificial intelligence across claims, customer support, onboarding, renewals, CRM, operations, internal tools, and payments.
Collaborate with engineering and product groups to convert manual routines into scalable automated architectures.
Establish connections between artificial intelligence models and business systems, internal data, knowledge bases, documents, and external application programming interfaces.
Formulate monitoring, evaluation, and fallback procedures to guarantee dependable, safe, and useful outputs.
Rapidly develop prototypes, evaluate them with operators or customers, and deploy functional solutions to production.
Enhance consistency, quality, and speed across operational processes through applied technology.

Requirements

Solid software engineering background featuring backend systems and Python.
Practical background utilizing large language model application programming interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, workflow automation, or related tools.
Capacity to link intelligence systems with operational, product, and data workflows.
Sound judgment regarding the appropriate application of automation versus rule-based logic or human oversight.
Familiarity with failure modes, accuracy, latency, privacy, evaluation, and cost considerations.
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and deliver practical systems.
Residency in Germany.
Proficiency in English communication for global team collaboration.
