Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Construct AI-driven workflows, digital assistants, and intelligent agents for automated operations.
Implement artificial intelligence across customer support, CRM, onboarding, insurance claims, renewals, payments, and internal operations.
Partner with engineering and product divisions to transform manual tasks into scalable, AI-driven architectures.
Integrate language models with internal databases, business systems, application programming interfaces, and document repositories.
Establish monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and evaluation frameworks to guarantee safe and dependable artificial intelligence outputs.
Rapidly prototype solutions, validate them with operators, and transition successful concepts into production.

Requirements

Solid software engineering background featuring backend systems and Python.
Practical experience developing with large language model application programming interfaces, retrieval-augmented generation, agents, and automation tools.
Capacity to link intelligence systems directly to operational data and product workflows.
Thorough understanding of failure modes, accuracy, latency, privacy, cost, and evaluation standards.
Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy functional operational systems.
Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

Background working in insurance, financial technology, customer support automation, or customer relationship management systems.
