Key Responsibilities

Construct artificial intelligence assistants, agents, and automated workflows across customer support, onboarding, claims, CRM, renewals, payments, and internal operations.
Integrate language models with internal data repositories, application programming interfaces, documents, knowledge bases, and core business infrastructure.
Establish evaluation frameworks, monitoring protocols, and fallback mechanisms to ensure safe and reliable outputs.
Rapidly prototype solutions, conduct testing with users and operators, and deploy functional systems to production.
Enhance speed, quality, and consistency throughout operational pipelines by identifying appropriate use cases for artificial intelligence.

Requirements

Possess a solid background in software engineering, specifically emphasizing Python and backend infrastructure.
Demonstrate practical experience utilizing language model application programming interfaces, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and automation workflows.
Understand performance evaluation, accuracy metrics, latency, financial costs, data privacy, and potential system failure modes.
