Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Develop intelligent workflows, virtual assistants, agents, and automation architectures.
Implement artificial intelligence across customer service, customer relationship management, onboarding, insurance claims, renewals, payments, and internal operations.
Collaborate with product and engineering departments to convert manual steps into scalable solutions.
Integrate large language models with internal databases, external application programming interfaces, documents, and business systems.
Create evaluation frameworks, monitoring procedures, and fallback mechanisms to ensure safe and reliable outputs.
Rapidly prototype solutions, validate them with operators, and deploy successful implementations to production.
Enhance speed, accuracy, and consistency across business pipelines.

Requirements

Solid software engineering background, with a preference for Python and backend development.
Practical experience working with large language model application programming interfaces, agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and workflow automation.
Ability to connect intelligence systems with operational and product workflows.
Sound judgment regarding the appropriate application of automation versus rule-based logic or human oversight.
Comprehension of evaluation metrics, response latency, operational costs, data privacy, and system failure modes.
Proficiency in fast prototyping, testing, and shipping functional systems.
Proficiency in English for cross-functional communication.
Current residency in Singapore.
