Design intelligent features for customer onboarding, support assistance, identity verification, risk assessment, relationship management, and document processing.
Collaborate with product and engineering units to discover high-value features, deploy solutions rapidly, and refine them in production environments.
Address production constraints such as response latency, financial costs, operational security, regulatory compliance, and system accuracy.
Convert manual tasks into scalable and dependable automated architectures.

Requirements

Demonstrate practical engineering capability focused on implementation rather than purely strategic or managerial tasks.
Possess background in constructing LLM applications, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and automated copilots.
Show proficient programming capability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable practical languages.
