Key Responsibilities

Construct automation workflows, autonomous agents, and internal utilities that address genuine operational and customer challenges.
Implement large language models, retrieval mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and tool integration for practical financial processes.
Develop intelligent interfaces for customer onboarding, identity verification, risk assessment, customer support, document management, and customer relationship management.
Partner with engineering and product groups to discover high-value features, deploy them rapidly, and refine them in live environments.
Account for operational limitations including accuracy, response speed, operational expenses, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Convert traditional manual procedures into dependable, automated architectures capable of handling growth.

Requirements

Practical software development capability focused on building rather than strategic planning or administrative oversight.
Background in developing large language model applications, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation architectures, and developer tools.
Programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable practical languages.
Ability to discern appropriate automation opportunities from unsuitable ones.
Competence in delivering functional systems, measuring output quality, and enhancing dependability over time.
Fluent English communication skills for collaborating across global teams.
Current residency in Ireland.
