Role Overview

The position centers on constructing AI agents, automated workflows, and tools that address real operational and customer challenges. Practitioners collaborate with engineering and product groups to deliver reliable solutions directly into production.

Key Responsibilities

Construct AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to resolve customer, product, and operational challenges.
Integrate large language models, retrieval methods, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails into daily financial operations.
Develop AI-supported interfaces for user onboarding, customer support, KYC, risk assessment, CRM, document processing, and product intelligence.
Collaborate with product and engineering units to determine functional priorities, deploy systems quickly, and refine them in live environments.
Account for operational constraints including accuracy, hallucination risks, latency, operational costs, security, compliance, and user trust.
Transition manual operations into dependable, scalable AI-driven architectures.

Requirements

Demonstrated engineering capability focused on practical building rather than strategy or management.
Background in developing AI agents, language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, automation flows, and copilots.
Proficiency in coding using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or related practical programming stacks.
Capacity to evaluate automation suitability and ship working systems that maintain quality and reliability over time.
Strong English communication skills for working across international teams.
Current residency in China.

Nice to Have

Experience within fintech, banking, support automation, risk assessment, KYC, fraud detection, CRM, or operational automation.
