Role Overview

The position centers on constructing artificial intelligence solutions for an artificial intelligence neobank application. The selected professional will transform manual financial processes into scalable automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Construct artificial intelligence agents, automated workflows, and tools addressing operational and product challenges.
Implement large language models, retrieval mechanisms, tool calling, evaluation procedures, and guardrails for financial tasks.
Develop automated experiences for customer onboarding, support, know-your-customer checks, risk assessment, customer relationship management, document processing, and product intelligence.
Collaborate with product and engineering departments to determine viable features and deliver them to production.
Handle technical constraints including response latency, operational cost, security regulations, compliance measures, and hallucination risks.
Scale reliable artificial intelligence systems to replace manual tasks.

Requirements

Demonstrate direct engineering capability focused on building rather than solely strategy or management.
Show background in developing artificial intelligence agents, large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation frameworks, and automation pipelines.
Write code using Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar practical languages.
Maintain strong judgment regarding automation decisions.
Deliver operational systems while testing quality and maintaining reliability.
Communicate fluently in English as the primary working language.
Reside in the Netherlands.

Nice to Have

Background in financial technology, banking, support automation, risk assessment, know-your-customer compliance, fraud detection, customer relationship management, or operational automation.
