Key Responsibilities

Construct AI agents, workflows, internal tools, and automation systems to address practical customer, product, and operational challenges.
Implement large language models, retrieval mechanisms, tool calling functions, evaluations, safety guardrails, and automated processes for financial tasks.
Develop AI-driven experiences for customer onboarding, support interactions, KYC verification, risk assessments, CRM functions, operations, document management, and product intelligence.
Collaborate with product and engineering departments to determine viable features, deploy them rapidly, and refine them in live environments.
Architect solutions while managing production constraints including output accuracy, hallucination risks, latency, operational costs, data security, compliance mandates, and user trust.
Transition manual tasks into dependable, scalable AI-driven architectures.

Requirements

Possess practical, hands-on engineering capabilities without relying solely on high-level strategy or management experience.
Demonstrate background in developing AI agents, large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-powered tools.
