Role Overview

The Applied AI Engineer position focuses on building AI-native systems, automating workflows, and improving financial products. The company requires practical builders who can deploy AI solutions into production rather than focus solely on theoretical research.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve real problems for customers, products, and operations.
Apply large language models, retrieval methods, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to financial workflows.
Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify valuable features and deploy them into production.
Design solutions considering constraints such as accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
Transform manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled systems.

Requirements

Hands-on engineering capability focused on practical implementation.
Experience building AI agents, LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
Strong coding proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar stack.
Good judgment regarding which tasks require automation.
Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time.
Based in Thailand.
Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, banking, support automation, risk management, KYC, fraud detection, CRM, or operations automation.
