The selected individual will focus on constructing production systems rather than conducting theoretical research. English serves as the primary working language for this global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Construct automation workflows, tools, and autonomous agents addressing operational and customer challenges.
Implement retrieval systems, large language models, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for practical financial tasks.
Develop intelligent user experiences for customer onboarding, technical support, document processing, risk assessment, and CRM operations.
Collaborate alongside engineering and product departments to determine priorities and release functional software.
Address practical limitations including latency, expenditure, security regulations, hallucinations, and system accuracy.
Transition manual operations into reliable, scalable automated architectures.

Requirements

Demonstrate direct practical engineering capabilities in building automated systems, language model applications, or retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
Write production code proficiently in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or related practical programming stacks.
Exercise proper evaluation regarding automation suitability while maintaining system reliability in production environments.
Communicate clearly in English across international teams.

Nice to Have

Background in financial technology, banking, customer support automation, risk management, fraud detection, or know-your-customer processes.
