Key Responsibilities

Construct autonomous agents, automated workflows, and internal tools that resolve operational and product challenges.
Implement large language models, retrieval mechanisms, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation techniques.
Develop automated experiences for customer onboarding, support, verification, risk assessment, document processing, and customer relationship management.
Collaborate with product and engineering units to determine functional priorities and deploy solutions into production.
Design solutions that address constraints including accuracy, latency, expenses, security, and compliance.
Transition manual operations into scalable automated systems.

Requirements

Possess practical coding competence in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or comparable technology stacks.
Demonstrate background in constructing autonomous agents, large language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation setups, or automated copilots.
Show ability to ship functional systems, evaluate output quality, and enhance reliability.
Maintain strong English communication skills.
Reside in Vietnam.
