Key Responsibilities

Create automated workflows, software agents, and utilities addressing practical operational and customer challenges.
Implement large language models, retrieval mechanisms, tool integration, safety guardrails, and automations within financial processes.
Develop intelligent features supporting customer onboarding, customer support, identity verification, risk assessment, customer relationship management, internal operations, document management, and product analytics.
Collaborate with product and engineering groups to determine valuable features and deliver them into production environments.
Architect solutions considering latency, operational costs, information accuracy, security standards, regulatory compliance, and user confidence.
Transform manual procedures into scalable, automated architectures.

Requirements

Practical software development capability focused on direct implementation rather than management tasks.
Demonstrated background in creating conversational models, language model applications, retrieval-augmented generation frameworks, and automated tools.
Programming proficiency utilizing Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or related technology stacks.
