Deepgram is seeking an APAC Partner Business Development Manager to drive partner-led expansion and scale the partner ecosystem across key regional markets from Singapore. This remote-friendly opportunity suits a dynamic technology professional eager to shape the future of Voice AI partnerships.

Role Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents. As an APAC Partner Business Development Manager, you will build and manage strategic partner relationships across ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, and Greater China. You will operate with an AI-first mindset, experimenting with advanced AI tools daily and adapting quickly to rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strategic partner relationships across the APAC region, creating joint value propositions and localized go-to-market plans.
Drive sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with motions alongside hyperscalers, ISVs, CCaaS and CX platforms, global system integrators, telcos, and regional integrators.
Identify, develop, and close new partner-driven opportunities while maintaining strong forecasting discipline and pipeline progression.
Onboard new strategic partners, help launch regional programs, and collaborate internally to develop enablement content and localized assets.
Represent Deepgram in virtual and in-person regional engagements while staying informed on market trends, competitive dynamics, and sovereign AI initiatives.

Requirements

Proven background in business development, alliances management, enterprise sales, or partnerships within the technology sector.
Direct experience driving revenue through strategic partnerships and co-sell motions across multiple APAC markets.
Strong understanding of business dynamics across regions such as ANZ, ASEAN, Japan, Korea, India, or Greater China.
Experience collaborating with cloud providers, global system integrators, independent software vendors, telcos, or regional integrators.
Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills with a self-starter mentality.
Willingness to travel across the APAC region as required.

Nice to Have

Background in AI, Voice AI, Speech AI, CCaaS, or related technology markets.
Established relationships within AWS, GCP, Azure, APAC global system integrators, telcos, or regional ecosystem partners.
Experience launching new go-to-market programs or partner motions entirely from scratch.
Working proficiency in a second APAC language such as Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, or Bahasa.
