Bjakcareer is hiring an Android Software Engineer to develop the native Android experience for its AI Finance Agent. The position is based in Vietnam as a remote role. The ideal candidate focuses on clean user flows, fast performance, product quality, and shipping reliable mobile features.

Key Responsibilities

Build and launch Android features utilizing Kotlin.
Design streamlined mobile flows covering insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
Integrate backend APIs to maintain stable, secure, and reliable mobile functionality.
Enhance application performance, minimize crash rates, optimize loading states, improve responsiveness, and manage memory usage effectively.
Utilize analytics, user behavior insights, and production telemetry to refine the product.
Construct AI-assisted mobile experiences when they provide clear value to the user journey.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of professional Android development experience using Kotlin.
Solid Android fundamentals alongside a proven track record of shipping production applications.
Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture principles.
Strong comprehension of mobile user experience, usability standards, edge cases, and user flows.
Practical experience integrating REST APIs and debugging issues in production environments.
Demonstrated ability in fast execution, high personal ownership, and strict attention to product quality.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Must be based in Vietnam.
