Bjakcareer is hiring an Android Software Engineer for a remote position based in the Philippines. The professional will construct native mobile experiences for an artificial intelligence finance platform, focusing on performance, stability, and clean user interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Construct and release Android features utilizing Kotlin.
Design straightforward mobile pathways for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify intricate user journeys.
Connect backend APIs while maintaining stable, secure, and dependable mobile pathways.
Enhance application performance, reduce crash frequency, optimize loading states, increase responsiveness, and manage memory usage.
Apply analytics, user behavior data, and production issue insights to refine the product.
Develop artificial intelligence-assisted mobile functions where they genuinely enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Android development background using Kotlin.
Solid Android fundamentals along with experience launching production applications.
Understanding of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.
Awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user journeys.
Background in connecting REST APIs and troubleshooting production problems.
Fast execution speed, high ownership, and meticulous attention to product quality.
Residency in the Philippines.
Strong English communication skills.
