Key Responsibilities

Build and launch Android features utilizing Kotlin.
Develop clean mobile flows covering insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
Integrate backend APIs to maintain stable, secure, and reliable mobile flows.
Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading states, improve responsiveness, and manage memory usage.
Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and production issues to refine the product.
Construct AI-assisted mobile experiences when they add genuine value to the user journey.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Android development experience using Kotlin.
Solid Android fundamentals with a track record of shipping production applications.
Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.
Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
Experience with REST API integration and debugging production issues.
Demonstrated fast execution, high ownership, and attention to product quality.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Must be based in India.
