Key Responsibilities

Construct and release Android features utilizing Kotlin.
Develop mobile flows covering insurance, financial services, claims, renewals, and payments.
Collaborate alongside product and design teams to streamline complex user journeys.
Connect backend APIs to guarantee stable, reliable, and secure mobile operations.
Enhance application speed, responsiveness, memory usage, loading states, and crash rates.
Utilize production data, analytics, and user behaviour to refine the product.
Implement AI-assisted mobile functionality strictly where it enhances the user path.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional Android development practice using Kotlin.
Solid foundation in Android alongside experience deploying applications to production.
Understanding of modern Android architecture, Jetpack, Flow, and Coroutines.
Awareness of mobile usability, user experience, edge cases, and user flows.
Background in connecting REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
Proficiency in English communication across global teams.
Residency in Austria.
