bjakcareer is seeking an Android Software Engineer to join the team and create the native Android experience for an AI Finance Agent. The position is remote within the United Kingdom and requires strong English communication skills to collaborate with global team members.

Key Responsibilities

Build and launch Android features using Kotlin.
Design clean mobile pathways for financial services, payments, insurance, claims, and renewals.
Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify intricate user journeys.
Connect backend APIs while keeping mobile operations stable, secure, and dependable.
Enhance application performance by addressing crash rates, loading states, responsiveness, and memory consumption.
Utilize analytics, user behavior data, and production feedback to refine the product.
Develop AI-assisted mobile interactions specifically when they enhance the user journey.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional Android development experience utilizing Kotlin.
Solid grasp of Android fundamentals along with a history of publishing production applications.
Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture principles.
