Key Responsibilities

Construct and release Android features using Kotlin.
Design clear mobile pathways for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
Partner with product and design teams to simplify complex user interactions.
Connect backend APIs while maintaining stable, secure, and dependable mobile operations.
Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading states, improve responsiveness, and manage memory usage.
Utilize analytics, user behavior insights, and production logs to refine the software.
Develop AI-assisted mobile functions that enhance user journeys.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of Android development experience utilizing Kotlin.
Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and experience deploying production applications.
Familiarity with Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.
Strong awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
Background in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
Strong English communication skills.
Current residency in Thailand.
