Key Responsibilities

Create and upkeep production Android applications utilizing Kotlin.

Formulate user experience patterns for artificial intelligence features, encompassing streaming responses, retries, and partial results.
Refine memory usage, responsiveness, and performance for heavy artificial intelligence workflows.
Set up logging, analytics, and feedback collection to aid in artificial intelligence iteration and evaluation.
Partner with machine learning and backend engineers regarding system behavior and application programming interface contracts.
Maintain security, stability, and scalability for applications in production environments.

Requirements

Three or more years of Android software development experience using Kotlin.
Practical background in connecting artificial intelligence features like language models, speech, and vision interfaces.
Solid grasp of asynchronous programming through Coroutines and Flow.
Acquaintance with gRPC or REST application programming interfaces alongside structured data formats.
Robust debugging and performance profiling capabilities.
Ability to construct systems within settings featuring latency, non-deterministic behavior, and partial failure.
Background using MLKit or lightweight on-device inference.
History of publishing production applications on the Google Play Store.
