Role Overview

Kiss My Apps is hiring an Android Developer to join the team developing an application in the interior design niche. The product currently ranks in the top two for revenue and downloads in its category, with goals to reach the top position and expand into adjacent areas. The position offers the opportunity to shape technical solutions, automate routine tasks, and work closely with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Android application with an emphasis on user experience.
Implement UI components and animations based on provided designs.
Optimize application performance and responsiveness.
Propose new features and enhancements for existing functionality.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams.
Support CI/CD processes and maintain code quality standards.
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of commercial Android development experience.
Strong proficiency in Kotlin including coroutines, Flow, and structured concurrency.
Practical UI development experience with Jetpack Compose.
Understanding and application of SOLID principles.
Experience with Clean Architecture principles such as data, domain, and presentation layers, Use Cases, and the Repository pattern.
Familiarity with MVVM or MVI architectural approaches.
Experience using Dependency Injection tools like Hilt or Koin.
Experience working with Git.
Active usage of AI tools in daily tasks such as Claude Code, Copilot, or equivalents.
Experience integrating APIs via Retrofit or Ktor with a solid understanding of REST.
Experience handling local data storage with Room or DataStore.
Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking.

Nice to Have

Experience with analytics and mobile attribution tools such as Firebase, Amplitude, or AppsFlyer.
Basic understanding of Android CI/CD tools like Fastlane or GitHub Actions.
