Key Responsibilities

Develop and release native Android capabilities covering onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and artificial intelligence-assisted user flows.
Simplify intricate financial procedures into fast, reliable, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
Collaborate closely with product management, design, backend engineering, and artificial intelligence teams to move features from conception to production.
Maintain strict application quality standards, monitoring crash rates, loading states, performance, and release stability.
Analyze production feedback, user behavior data, and analytics to continuously enhance launched features.
Implement secure data handling, API integrations, and financial workflows with a strong focus on system reliability.

Requirements

Proven native Android development expertise using Kotlin.
Demonstrated history of publishing Android applications utilized by real users.
Solid knowledge of modern Android development, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and standard architecture principles.
Strong product instincts with a deep commitment to user experience quality.
Capable of debugging production environments and optimizing application performance and reliability.
Comfortable operating within fast-paced environments containing ambiguity while maintaining high quality standards.
Based in Australia with strong English communication abilities.
