Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver native Android features covering onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys.
Simplify complex financial workflows into fast and dependable mobile experiences.
Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to transition features from concept to production.
Maintain application quality by monitoring performance, crash rates, loading states, edge cases, and release stability.
Utilize production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior insights to refine features post-launch.
Implement APIs, authentication mechanisms, secure data handling, and financial workflows with a focus on dependability.

Requirements

Extensive native Android development experience using Kotlin.
Proven track record of launching Android applications used by real users.
Proficiency in Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android practices.
Strong product intuition with a focus on user experience beyond basic screen implementation.
Ability to resolve production issues and enhance application performance, reliability, and overall quality.
Capability to navigate ambiguity and operate rapidly in a startup environment.
Residency in the Philippines.
Strong English communication skills.
