Key Responsibilities

Build and launch native Android features covering onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-assisted user journeys
Translate complex financial processes into simple, fast, and dependable mobile experiences
Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI engineering teams to take features from initial ideas to production
Manage application quality, including performance metrics, crash rates, loading states, edge cases, and release stability
Utilize production feedback, analytics, and customer behavior insights to refine features post-launch
Integrate APIs, authentication protocols, secure data handling, and financial workflows with a focus on dependability

Requirements

Strong native Android development experience utilizing Kotlin
Demonstrated history of shipping Android applications used by real users
Solid understanding of Android architecture, Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android development practices
Strong product sense with an emphasis on user experience beyond basic screens and tickets
Ability to debug production issues while improving performance, reliability, and overall app quality
Comfort working amidst ambiguity and moving quickly without compromising standards
