Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of a defined workstream or business problem, utilizing hands-on coaching and expanding responsibilities as expertise grows.
Transform ambiguous questions into structured analyses, recommendations, plans, and deliverables while clarifying assumptions with managers.
Build and test artificial intelligence tools, automations, and repeatable workflows to boost speed, quality, and consistency.
Validate the accuracy and usefulness of AI outputs, identify limitations, and apply appropriate human judgment.
Build robust cross-functional working relationships to help advance shared projects.
Define success measures, communicate progress and risks transparently, and follow through on all commitments.
Present concise recommendations explaining underlying reasoning, evidence, and next steps.
Master Bidgely products, customers, market context, and operating environments through structured learning and practical assignments.

Requirements

Ability to blend thoughtful analysis with direct action and tangible output, moving efficiently from a blank page to a refined final version.
Clear communication skills capable of explaining complex technical, market, or business concepts simply.

Strong prioritization, trade-off evaluation, and focus management skills.
Proven ability to build trust across functions, welcome constructive feedback, and apply learnings quickly.
Demonstrated experience turning analysis into actionable decisions, deliverables, or results from internships, research, consulting, entrepreneurship, or demanding work.
Practical, demonstrated use of AI to build or materially improve a workflow, tool, or output.
