About this role
Capco is building secure technological solutions that help financial institutions adopt artificial intelligence safely while protecting sensitive information. The AI Security Consultant will work closely with data, security, technology, risk, and business units to embed appropriate safeguards across every stage of the artificial intelligence lifecycle. This practitioner will evaluate security risks, conduct architecture reviews, and define guardrails to counter model manipulation and data exposure.
Operating at the intersection of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, the position exists to strengthen governance and manage emerging security vulnerabilities for clients in Doha. Ideal candidates possess a strong background in information security or technology risk along with a practical understanding of machine learning environments. Professionals who excel here combine technical threat analysis with clear communication to translate complex security topics into actionable business considerations.
What you will do
- Evaluate security risks across artificial intelligence systems, models, and data pipelines.
- Perform security assessments and review secure architectures for AI deployments.
- Establish security controls, standards, and guardrails spanning from design to operation.
- Detect and analyze specific threats including data exposure, model access, and prompt manipulation.
- Provide cybersecurity advisory services to support safe enterprise adoption.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate security-by-design principles into solutions.
- Assist with AI security governance, risk evaluations, control testing, and remediation workflows.
What you need
- Demonstrated professional background in cybersecurity, information security, artificial intelligence security, or technology risk disciplines.
- Practical familiarity with machine learning environments and infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Experience implementing security controls, threat modeling, risk assessments, and secure architecture principles.
- Knowledge of security governance, responsible practices, regulatory standards, and security-by-design methodologies.
- Strong communication skills capable of translating technical risks for business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering AI, data, or cybersecurity initiatives within banking or regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with generative AI security threats, model security, and emerging practices.
- Background working with cloud-based artificial intelligence platforms and security controls.
