Role Overview

Capco seeks an AI Product Management Coach to bridge artificial intelligence initiatives with practical business execution in Toronto. The professional in this position will work directly alongside client teams to guide the discovery, prioritization, and delivery of artificial intelligence products. In addition to technical product delivery, the person will act as a coach to help client product owners establish long-term accountability, sustainable capability, and operational independence.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and enable client teams to strengthen their artificial intelligence product management and Product Owner practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to discover, assess, and rank artificial intelligence use cases that solve real business problems and create measurable value.
Translate selected opportunities into products and applications aimed at efficiency, cost savings, better user experiences, and revenue generation.
Establish clear business ownership of applications to maintain accountability for performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Connect artificial intelligence capabilities with business conversations to translate technical possibilities into clear product decisions.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant background across product management, Product Ownership, technology consulting, or related fields.
Demonstrated track record of delivering artificial intelligence products or use cases that generated measurable business value.
Strong Product Manager and Product Owner skills covering the full lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with fluency in both technical and business contexts.
A consulting and coaching mindset focused on influencing stakeholders and building sustainable internal capabilities.

Nice to Have

Experience building product management or Product Owner capabilities inside organizations.
Background in coaching Product Owners, Product Managers, or business stakeholders.
Familiarity with methods for evaluating artificial intelligence opportunities regarding feasibility, value, risk, and business outcomes.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams spanning business, product, data, artificial intelligence, and technology.
Background in launching artificial intelligence-enabled products within financial services or other complex, regulated sectors.
