Role Overview

Forus is hiring an AI Platform & Enablement Lead to join the New York office. This full-time position focuses on scaling internal operations by building and managing internal AI workspaces, knowledge bases, and automation workflows. The person in this role will partner closely with engineering and data teams to improve tooling, standardize evaluations, and expand the operational capacity of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the internal AI workspace for the operations team with pre-configured access, zero setup friction, and system integrations.
Manage systems that drive high-quality AI outputs, including the central knowledge base, shared repository, skills library, persistent context, and scheduled automations.
Test new AI models and capabilities against practical operations use cases and scale promising solutions.
Embed directly within operations teams to identify high-leverage workflows for automation and convert manual tasks into shared capabilities.
Standardize evaluations and monitoring while partnering with engineering to enhance foundational tooling.
Drive internal onboarding, training, and cross-team knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with data and engineering on foundational elements such as the central tool repository, prompt engineering, backtesting platforms, and curated data layers.

Requirements

Possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience working as a builder, optimizer, or product manager.
Maintain daily hands-on experience using the modern AI stack, including prompt and context engineering, tool integrations, agents, and evaluations.
Demonstrate familiarity working across APIs, data sources, and integrations with a pragmatic approach to low-code and standard code.
Bring strong business acumen focused on measurable outcomes such as volume handled, hours saved, and throughput gained.
Display strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit a history of moving quickly, identifying shortcuts, and delivering on objectives.
