Role Overview

Eneba seeks an innovative practitioner to join a cross-functional product pod and manage marketplace surfaces like discovery, checkout, trust, and growth loops. Key Responsibilities

Own the complete discovery and delivery lifecycle for marketplace features within an assigned product pod.
Accelerate research and synthesis cycles by transforming user interviews, analytics, and session data into actionable insights rapidly.
Generate engineer-ready handoff specifications utilizing AI-assisted documentation and near-code prototyping methods.
Elevate and redesign fundamental marketplace experiences, including product discovery, evaluation, checkout, payments, and user trust.
Design, execute, and iterate on experiments aimed at improving conversion rates, user retention, and GMV.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced environment with short feedback loops.
Elevate overall standards for craft and design quality throughout the entire product organization.

Requirements

Active and proven fluency in utilizing AI for research synthesis, design specifications, interaction exploration, and prototyping.
Senior-level professional background designing complex digital products, with a preference for e-commerce or marketplace experience.
Familiarity with near-code tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar applications for rapid prototyping and validation.
Advanced systems thinking capabilities applied directly to multi-sided marketplace challenges like risk, payments, trust, and user dynamics.
Exceptional product sense and a solid understanding of business models.
Demonstrated track record of designing for measurable business outcomes, experimental funnels, and concrete impact.
High degree of personal ownership and autonomy to shape briefs and drive projects through to final shipment.
Strong commercial and product judgment regarding how design choices impact overall business performance.
