Arcesium is expanding its operations in financial technology and needs a strategist to guide how Arcesium Intelligence, an agentic AI platform, enters the market. You will bridge the gap between clients, sales, and product development by turning feedback into actionable roadmap input and crafting launch narratives alongside marketing and communications.
Operating as a cross-functional strategist rather than a solo owner, you will collaborate daily with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and communications teams. What you will do
- Maintain a sharp, current view of AI adoption patterns and the competitive landscape across client segments to identify defensible advantages.
- Partner with sales and marketing to channel client and market feedback into concrete input for the artificial intelligence roadmap.
- Guide product teams on feature prioritization based on market insights while building trust across multiple departments.
- Build and maintain segment-specific agentic artificial intelligence use cases and develop launch narratives for major feature releases.
- Provide roadmap details, client evidence, and competitive context for board and management-team materials.
- Partner with the communications function on thought leadership by supplying subject-matter input and review for blog posts and press materials.
- Represent the firm at industry events and with analyst firms regarding artificial intelligence strategy and technology partnerships.
What you need
- Bring seven or more years of experience in product management, go-to-market strategy, corporate strategy, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of synthesizing complex technology trends into business strategy.
- Influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams effectively without relying on direct authority.
- Communicate exceptionally well in written and verbal formats, translating technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
- Navigate ambiguity comfortably and structure unstructured problems using data and client insights.
- Hold a completed bachelor's degree.

What is the compensation for this role?
The expected annual base salary for this position is $200,000 - $230,000. The compensation package also includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, which is guaranteed in the first year of hire.
