Role Overview

The AI Marketing Enablement Manager acts as a force multiplier for the marketing organization at Jobber. The person in this role takes ownership of an in-flight AI enablement program, including a library of tools, agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, prompts, and evaluations. The position combines building practical technical solutions with coaching marketers to adopt and scale artificial intelligence across workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of existing AI assets, foundation models, and documentation, ensuring reliability and extensibility as the program advances.
Build AI-powered tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to real marketing workflows such as campaign planning, audience research, and content development.
Connect AI to live data sources by building and maintaining integrations and MCP servers linking ad platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.
Establish quality and reliability standards through evaluations, regression tests, and human-in-the-loop reviews.
Uncover hidden opportunities and analyze data at scale across creative variants, ad transcripts, and landing pages to inform strategy.
Coach marketers through adoption journeys, turning one-off improvements into reusable playbooks and templates.
Partner with Data, Security, and IT to ensure solutions remain responsible, secure, and aligned with approved providers.

Requirements

Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence to improve marketing workflows or business processes with working prototypes.
Experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, custom assistants, integrations, or agent workflows connected to real data.
Strong understanding of marketing functions such as demand generation, lifecycle, paid acquisition, SEO, content, and analytics.
Ability to identify automation opportunities, define evaluations, and design human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Strong coaching, communication, and systems thinking skills to teach technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
