Key Responsibilities

Oversee shared tools including Claude in Slack, service integrations, prompts, and tool spend.
Train and onboard team members through documentation, one-on-one coaching, and support channels.
Document system maintenance procedures and maintain accountability for dependent accounts.
Maintain an automation dashboard to track workflow improvements and impact.
