Key Responsibilities

Monitor tool usage and license costs against returns, recommending adjustments to the toolset and operational practices when necessary.
Collaborate closely with the Technology, Continuous Improvement, and People teams to ensure capability building creates lasting habits.
Guide responsible use by addressing data privacy, security, intellectual property, and output quality through clear internal guidelines.

Requirements

Deep, hands-on fluency with modern artificial intelligence tools, ranging from chat assistants to agentic workflows.
Strong capability to break down vague operational challenges into practical, step-by-step workflows across unfamiliar domains.
Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training or workshops that successfully change daily work habits for varied audiences like designers, accountants, and engineers.
Comfortable diagnosing problems quickly, welcoming interruptions, and providing practical paths forward or advising alternative solutions.
Financial comfort to track license costs, evaluate return on investment, and advocate for operational changes.
Ability to build trust with both tech skeptics and over-enthusiasts while maintaining sound judgment regarding responsible use and data privacy.
An adaptable mindset that embraces rapid technological shifts and public updates to software without taking changes personally.

Nice to Have

Experience building custom automations, light integrations, APIs, scripting, or agent frameworks.
Background in capability building, enablement, change management, or continuous improvement.
Prior professional experience in retail, product-based businesses, or working alongside creative teams.
