Mistral AI is looking for an AI Deployment Strategist to join the team in Palo Alto. This full-time remote-friendly position is ideal for professionals with at least four years of experience who want to guide major enterprises through complex artificial intelligence transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate executive-level workshops to pinpoint business challenges and uncover areas where artificial intelligence can create major improvements.
Design comprehensive artificial intelligence adoption roadmaps alongside clients and work with Account Executives to build strong business cases and quantify return on investment.
Architect comprehensive artificial intelligence solutions that integrate models and platforms seamlessly into existing customer technical setups and workflows.
Lead the execution of pilot projects and proof-of-value initiatives to demonstrate technological potential before full-scale rollouts.
Act as a trusted advisor to monitor performance metrics linked to business outcomes and communicate ongoing progress directly to executive sponsors.
Travel between 30 to 60 percent of the time to build strong client relationships and support on-site implementations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback that helps shape internal product development and research roadmaps.

Requirements

Minimum of four years of professional experience in a client-facing strategic and technical capacity, such as technical sales, data science consulting, or value engineering.
Must hold a relevant scientific degree in a discipline such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
Solid foundational knowledge spanning AI, machine learning, and data science to successfully advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated hands-on experience building and deploying artificial intelligence applications using languages like Python or JavaScript.
Exceptional business acumen, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the capacity to turn ambiguous challenges into clear execution plans.
Outstanding executive presence and communication skills capable of influencing senior leaders including Vice Presidents and C-level executives.

Nice to Have

Practical experience working with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
